Solve the problem of damage to the optical cable in the incoming section of OPGW
1. To ensure that the current can smoothly flow through the OPGW and merge into the ground in the event of a short circuit or lightning strike, the OPGW wire should not be burned;
2. When the grounding resistance is measured regularly in the substation, the grounding of the line tower can be disconnected from the substation grounding network to ensure the accuracy of the measurement;
3. The equipment of the substation cannot be damaged due to the introduction of OPGW.
